Asked only one question: Are you willing to work at USD 30000 per year??

The HR never was interested in negotiation.

The salary was based for first 6 months and then as per performance an appraisal process will be conducted and then the salary will be upgraded.

    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at L&T Infotech (Pune (India)).

    Interview

It was schedule walk-in at Pune location.
The way walk-in was managed was fine but the interview panel was "unprofessional".
Actually they were behaving like they don`t want to hire any one.
So the structure of interview was worst.

    Interview Questions

    • The structure of interview is like if you know 'X' technology then you must know extreme class related to that technology. And if you say I haven`t get chance to work in that area then the interviewer will response like you don`t know anything related to that technology.   Answer Question

    Big Data Engineer Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Bangalore Rural (India)
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at L&T Infotech (Bangalore Rural (India)) in June 2017.

    Interview

I applied through a consultancy and was asked to attend a weekend drive. Interview was scheduled at 11:00 AM. I reached there by 10:30 Am and gave my resume to HR. I waited for 3 hours and finally got a call from HR to attend the first round of interview at 1:30 PM. Interview didn't even looked at me for the first five minutes. Interviewer table was full mess, full of paper plates with half bitten biscuits and water spilled here and there. I really lost interest in the first sight itself. Interviewer looked very pissed off , may be he was not given lunch break. After five minutes he asked me to leave, no questions to test my knowledge, he literally didnt ask me anything about the technology or the projects that I have worked on. I discussed with HR about this and she is as dumb as the interviewer. I simply wasted my entire day, took lot of risk to travel to whitefield and attend the interview. Will never attend an interview with LTI.
