    Got called for the interview. Scheduled the interview for the following day. Met interviewer in hotel lobby and interviewed there. Overall short quick and concise interview. Was told they would in the next few days to notify of hiring and first date if selected.

    I arrived, waited in the lobby for a few minutes, and was then taken to an office behind the front desk for the interview. The manager asked basic questions about my experience, what I know about the company, and what motivates me to be successful in life. The entire process lasted roughly 20 minutes.

    I was called by corporate to ask me to come in for interviews that same day. I went to talk with them and I was hired on the spot. I was sent for drug test within the week and I was working within the week after hiring me

    The interview process went great. Had a great conversation with the recruiter. She told me everything that the company had to offer and what the job entailed. I briefed her on what I did and the things that I had done in my career up to this point and we seemed to really hit it off.

    I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at LA Quinta (Irving, TX) in December 2013.

    Interview

    After applying, I had a phone screen with the HR manager, then went thru 3 phone interviews with the many different Directors, including the direct report, all weeks apart, before finally being flown out to Irving, TX for the in person interview. It was an all day marathon meeting with multiple people across many departments. Be prepared to take an Excel test.

    It took about a week for the interview process to take place. The interview was very personable and . respectful. Interviewed in person and was hired on the spot. Not knowing what I was getting myself into, this job is pretty cool.

    After completing online application, I was called in 5 days later for an interview with the General Manager. I met with GM, and also Employee of the Month, who was also a FDSR. Tour of the premises along with a description of the responsibilities of an FDSR. Very casual and non stressing

    I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at LA Quinta (Saint George, UT) in September 2014.

    I went in and filled out an application and was called almost immediately (within 20 minutes) to set up an appointment. When I went in for the interview I waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes until they could see me. Went into the office and had the interview, which was maybe 20 minutes long. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.

    I applied through college or university. I interviewed at LA Quinta.

    Interview process was very professional and organized. HR recruiter called me and did a standard screening reviewing my qualifications. After that I was told to complete an online assessment through the LQ website .
    I then met with two GM's at different properties where my qualifications and future ambitions were further reviewed.
    The last phase was a brief meeting with the SVP.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LA Quinta (Cincinnati, OH) in December 2010.

    You speak with an HR person fill out a "survey" assessment then if you qualify you are reffered to an RVP who then interviews you and makes the decision with HR

    Negotiation

    I was told i would not get more than offered due to my experience level. Depending on your RVP the starting pay can vary greatly some of them really short change their GM's others
