    Delivery Interview

Anonymous Employee in New York, NY
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LBI International (New York, NY) in December 2011.

    Interview

The recruiter was professional and knowledgeable about the position. First talked with him for 20 minutes on the phone, which led to 2 in-person interviews at their office. The office is set up flat and open. No one has an office or cube, which actually led to more communications, crucial with constant changing deadlines and project scope. First person I met with was down to earth and curious about my career goals. He answered my concerns nicely. The second person asked more specific questions about my work experience and explained what I'd be doing if hired.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LBI International (Dubai (United Arab Emirates)) in December 2015.

    Interview

This interview was for a PPC manager for DigitasLbi Dubai. Worst Interview process I gone through in my last 9 years’ experience. The role was for a PPC account manager, Job description outline the responsibilities PPC expertise with client management skills.

    First Interview: 5-10 minutes call
Second Interview: A task was given based on sample account, had to provide optimisation plan, budget management, team management, innovations and ideas.

Third Interview: CONFUSING. They were not even clear what actually they are looking for. Summarising the RFP and present to them over Skype.

Result: The position hasn’t filled as they were looking for PPC account manager/Business development? If the final interview was al about pitching a prospective client, could have been done with 10 slides presentation without making the process confusing.

Interviewed 3 times with 2 people each time at their London office.
The interview were all very relaxing, although I was bit nervous. They like you to talk about yourself, get to know who you are, what you like.
But the process last over a month. Bit long.
