    Interview

2 stage interview - first being an informal conversation about my experience and career goals. Second involved a presentation and case study of how I will approach the role. It's a detailed but swift process that I really engaged with.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LEWIS Global Communications in February 2012.

    Interview

Interview process consisted of a 30 minute phone interview, 30 minute writing test, 30 minute interview with 2 account managers, and an hour interview with other members of the staff. I thought it went well, but they chose someone else. They asked questions about my experience and why I was interested in tech PR specifically. The phone interview consisted of more general interview questions such as weaknesses/strengths, tech pubs I read, and how I overcome problems.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at LEWIS Global Communications (London, England (UK)) in April 2017.

    Interview

Account coordinator graduate academy 2017 role.
First step was a cover letter and CV, details were on the LEWIS website. This was in January.
Next step was an invite to an assessment centre in London, with a choice of 2 days. (March).
The assessment centre was very chilled out compared to most graduate scheme processes. It involved group work, several writing tasks and an individual presentation, the details of which were emailed 2 weeks before. The presentation was specific to a client of LEWIS and the industry the client is in.
Emailed within a week of assessment centre to invite me to an online interview.
The interview was very relaxed, mainly about getting to know you, rather than asking tricky questions. It was with the Deputy MD & a Director.
The interview was on a Wednesday & received offer the following Tuesday.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LEWIS Global Communications (London, England (UK)) in September 2018.

    Interview

The recruiter was really friendly and answered all my questions in the initial call, then invited me in for a face to face interview. I met with three senior members of staff, all of which were approachable and discussed the role with knowledge and understanding.

Following the face to face interview, I was asked to develop a marketing plan for the launch of a book, write a blog about the book launch event, create social copy to promote the blog, and give a short presentation on what I had done. The two team members I presented to were very encouraging and interested in my ideas.

From start to finish the process was around two weeks.

There are usually 2 rounds, first round with the Human resource director, the second with the hiring manager. During the first round, you'll be given a task to complete. Task could be things like developing a communication proposal for a client.

    Graduate Account Executive Interview

    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at LEWIS Global Communications (London, England (UK)) in April 2019.

    Interview

Applied online and heard nothing from them for a good 3 months until I received the invitation to the assessment centre completely out of the blue. This was a full day consisting of an individual and group presentation, countless writing and logic activities and a brief 1:1 interview. Staff were very friendly and we were made to feel at ease/welcome. HR extremely disorganised: despite numerous follow-up emails and promises of written or verbal feedback, none was provided.

I applied online. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at LEWIS Global Communications (Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)) in February 2014.

    Interview

Had 3 interviews in the space of 6 months...they are very very slow to reply me....partly due to the fact they wanted to firm up a couple of processes and waiting for some key leadership position to be filled before making the decision to hire me...but everything else is pretty much standard questions...ask you about your working experience etc etc..nothing out of the blue.
