I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LTIMindtree (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple stages. The first round was an aptitude and communication assessment to evaluate logical thinking and verbal skills. This was followed by an AI-based interview. The final round was a technical interview focusing on core programming concepts, problem-solving ability, and basic technical knowledge.

Question 1
One important question they asked me was how I handle a situation when a team member is not contributing. I explained that I first try to communicate politely to understand the reason, offer help if needed, and motivate them. If the issue continues, I inform the team lead and focus on completing my responsibilities while maintaining team harmony.

The campus drive was a meticulously structured journey: it began with a rigorous resume screening and an initial communication assessment to find the right voices. Those who progressed faced a deep-dive technical evaluation, involving domain-specific inquiries and real-time coding challenges. Finally, the process culminated in an HR discussion—a thoughtful dialogue centered on the synergy between my personal aspirations and the vision of LTI.
