The interview process was well-structured and professional. It started with an introduction and discussion about my current role and responsibilities. The panel focused on project management practices, leadership experience, and technical knowledge in .NET and Azure-based architectures.
There were scenario-based questions related to handling distributed systems, managing teams, and resolving production issues. The discussion was interactive, and the interviewers were approachable. Overall, the process went smoothly, and the expectations were clearly communicated at each stage.

Question 1
What was one challenging situation you handled in a project, and how did you resolve it?
3 rounds - 1 with a VP followed by another VP round and finally the HR round. The VP rounds where around past experiences and work involved. While the HR was only about salary and negotiation.
2 Rounds:
1st Technical - A basic one. It wasn't too depth.
2nd Behaviour / Business Acumen: Generic Behavioural questions about managing project, managing team, account management, stakeholder management etc.
