Interview
The interview process was straightforward. They asked minimal questions. The Technical interview centered on my project. The HR interview lasted approximately 10 minutes. Overall, it was a relatively uncomplicated experience.

1st step - Assessment
2nd step - AI interview
3rd step - Technical interview(Questions on the projects mentioned in the cv and then python and oops related questions and then 3 coding questions basic and then questions on dbms)
4th step - HR interview
The interview process includes aptitude testing, AI screening, technical evaluation, and HR discussion, assessing problem-solving, communication, job-specific skills, personality, and cultural fit to identify the most suitable candidate for the role.

I had answered all the questions and interviewer was satisified with the coded solution for the questions. Still got rejection mail. There's no transaprenncy at all. Even if your interview goes well, there is no interview that u will get selected.
