Interview
The process was little time taking as I was made to wait for around and hour but they are coordinating the interviewer even recognized the delay and also, the process is smooth with the application handling every thing.

Question 1
Questions based on certifications and the project only nothing else. I was not asked any thing technical other than the certification that I have got and the project that I built. And in HR round the question was just on my self, mainly self introduction and then details about my project why I built the project what is the significance, challanges faced and how I overcame and ending with questions related to my location preference and why I want to work at the company.
1st Interview
20 minutes interview, 1 coding question , 5-6 technical questions , questions on projects , internships, HR questions.
2nd Interview
HR Questions like challenges faced , how you tackled them, questions on project , availability in various shift hours and various locations.
The interview process at LTIMindtree was well-structured. It began with an online aptitude and coding assessment, followed by a technical interview that focused on programming, OOPs, and basic database concepts. Finally, an HR round tested communication and cultural fit. Overall, it was smooth and professional, with clear communication at each step.

Interview
It was overall easy. They test your foundational knowledge covering all the curriculum subjects. They cover DBMS, OOPS, Java or Python, DSA, networking concepts and discuss your resume projects. They ask specifically about flexibility with work hours, work location and technologies.
