LTIMindtree’s interview process includes an online assessment (aptitude, reasoning, technical MCQs), followed by a coding round. Shortlisted candidates face a technical interview covering core subjects and project discussion. The final HR round assesses communication, attitude, and fit. Each round is elimination-based. Offers are usually sent within two weeks.

Question 1
Explain your final year project , what was your role, and what technologies did you use?
The interviewer was late (almost 2-3 hours), and then he skipped straight to the codes after asking me about myself. The codes asked to solve were easy. It would've been great if I did not give up and solved the codes.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LTIMindtree (Pune) in May 2026
Interview
The Online Assessment (OA) was conducted on the AMCAT platform and consisted of Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and Language, Reading & Verbal Ability sections. There were no programming or coding questions; the assessment included only multiple-choice questions (MCQs), pseudocode-based problems, and analytical reasoning questions.
The interview was easy and the question asked was basic , overall good interview , but I like to mention that they want good communication skills also , but required good core knowledge of the subject
