    Informal, and casual. There was a portion where i was one on one with various people. There was group challenges, and a quiz. We went to lunch as a group and got to mingle with some of the upper management folks in a more casual environment.

    Met at the university, phone interview and onsite interviews. overall laid back - Onsite interviews were more involved and interviewed with several of the managers. They promoted a good environment to be open and talk, didn't feel too stressful. Firm hosted lunch where the interviewees got the opportunity to meet the partners, and hang out.
