Interview
I first came in for a skills assessment. It was composed of a written portion and typed portion. The written was about 6 questions, all regarding the services offered by the Lee County Tax Collectors. They allowed you use of the Tax Collectors website and the brochure for certain questions. Very straightforward. The typing involved data entry time typing. They allowed for a quick practice test and then the real test. Very easy and straightforward as well.

It was very straightforward, I think you need to be prepared for the typing test. It's all just data entry.

Interview
Easy, the interview was a 3 person panel and only had to do one. Had a job offer in a few days then started training within 2 weeks. Benefits are great.
