    Sales Consultant Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate
    No Offer
    Negative Experience

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Legg Mason.

    Interview

The interview process dragged on forever.... Senior managers are scared of their shadows and do not know how to make or cannot make decisions. Forget the HR people. The four I spoke with were morons, all of them. If you want to work for this company, be prepared to wait a long time, go through countless rounds of interviews and deal with people who are willing to let their business suffer while positions go unfilled and clients are left unattended because they lack focus and conviction about their mission.
