Let's say you work in a department that requires one-on-one

  customer service. You begin to help one customer when another customer asks for assistance. You hear your supervisor call for your assistance over the walkie-talkie. What would you do?

I said that I would put the customers first. I would let the supervisor know that I will be with him/her as soon as I finish helping the customers. I would also request backup assistance from another customer service associate working in the same department.
