1 - Phone interview (15 minutes, described job, asked a couple questions)

    Reasons for Declining

They never qualified me for the job, yet offered it to me... RED FLAG! They only asked me if I was "up for it". Made me feel like they were looking for any naive person desperate enough to be over worked and underpaid. Plus it is 100% commission, what do they care if you fail.... just hire another one
