I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Local Initiatives Support Corporation
Interview
Standard procedure, straight forward questions and really gauging for work style and culture fit.The one on one was a bit lofty but the panel review was laid back, though there was a lot of notetaking and follow up. Know yourself, know your strengths, know your weaknesses and focus on the tasks you'll be expected to do and reference them often.

Question 1
- Background/ experience? - Interest in working in the field?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2022
Interview
I sent in my application and cover letter on their website. HR reached out to me with a phone call to set up an initial interview over zoom. On the zoom call the HR person and lead program officer were both present. The lead program officer looked to be tired that day and was advancing other work off screen, not often looking at me or the camera during the interview. Both were kind throughout the interview. I never received an email letting me know that I wasn't selected for the position.
