    Very fast and clear cut interview process.They want to know that if powered you will be able to make decisions without needing to contact management each time. They also ask you some scenario questions so be ready for that. an example of a scenario was "what to do if a guest is not satisfied with their room?"

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Loews Miami Beach Hotel (Miami, FL) in April 2013.

    Interview

    Extensive interview process. HR screening, interview with manager, interview with director over the phone (talent plus) interview. The interview with the manager and the director lasted approximately 1.5 hours. At the end of the day I was called for the talent plus interview, which lasted approximately 40 minutes.

    First got called in for an interview with the Security Director of the Hotel, and he went over a couple of routine questions like: why do you qualify for this job? what do you think your duties will be in this position? What do you associate with the brand Loews?. Then there was a phone interview that dealt more with personality. The phone interview was conducted by the HR department and it covered many questions that seemed repetitive at times. Questions dealt mostly with leadership qualities and hospitality feasibility.
