I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at LogicGate (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2023
Interview
It started as your standard interview progress. First round interview was quick to go over basics and pay. They moved swiftly to schedule time with the Hiring Manager (second round). For there, it was an endless amount of interviews (6 or 7, I lost count) all asking the same questions. This should have been red flag. There came the rescheduling and let's add another interview layer. The final interview was with the CISO and someone who was never introduced. Still not sure why she was there. The CISO repeatedly mentioned that IPO asked hostile questions and had eye-rolling. I dodged a bullet with this place

Interview
First round interview was quick to go over basics and pay. They moved swiftly to schedule time with the Hiring Manager (second round). However, after the second round LogicGate ghosted me. Very disappointing but given that other interviews have gone in a similar manner, I should have known better. Do better LogicGate, don’t ghost candidates after they’ve had two interviews with you.
