I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores (Oklahoma City, OK)
Had 3 interviews. One 15 minute call, one "lunch" interview, and one office interview. The first phone interview was pretty easy, they ask basic questions like "what is the best/worst job you've ever had?" The second "lunch" interview was more job-specific, but they still try to keep it friendly by asking hobbies and personal interests. I say "lunch" because they brought me to their cafeteria, but then none of them ate. The last interview was with who would have been my manager, and his manager. This one was very in depth about the role and my past job experiences. Overall, it would have been a pretty good experience whether I received the job or not, but after my last interview the communication completely stopped. I didn't hear from anyone for a month, and then at 3am I received an automatic email that said "thank you for applying but the position has been filled." I had been interviewing at another job and had already accepted and been in-role in my new position by then. Everything worked out as it should have, but I would have appreciated communication in a timely manner and from a real person that I had been in contact with through the interview process.
- What experience have you had in keeping vendors accountable?
