    The interview was conducted by the store manager and the HR Manager alternating questions between each and it is a satisfactory interview. They also gave us appropriate time to give them a background of our employment and life history

    Two interviews, one with the HR person, another with the general manager. HR interview was to see if you're qualified for the job, the general manager interview was to see if the HR person made the right decision. Once you get to the general manager interview, you're basically set for getting the job.

    I walked in and I was directed to the back to wait for the interview. My interview was scheduled for 3:30 pm on a Thursday. I got there at 3:10 pm and I sat there for about 21 minutes. She greeted me polite with a hand shake and smile. She took me to an office across the hall. She asked me about 10 questions and I answer them. The interview went perfect. The questions weren't hard. It was questions based on behavior in certain situations and how did you handle it.

    It's a two step process. You'll have a set number of questions with the HR manager, then if you score enough points in the interview, you'll go to the area manager of where ever department you will work in. He/She Will ask you a few questions and then give you a on the spot drug test( mouth swab) and you're hired.

    I talked to a recruiter at a career fair in my university. The day after he called me to set up an Skype interview for the following week. About three hours after the interview the recruiter emailed me to let me know I made it to te next round and wanted me to come for an in-site interview. It was set up for two weeks after that email.

    it was a pretty average interview. Consisted of 14 questions, some of them were behavioral, some technical; it was with two engineers at the same time. Took about two hours.

    A week later I got an email saying I didn't make the cut.

    They will ask you to come in and make you feel good about it. I went in for the interview and I was asked questions that weren't that hard to me. I also had to take an onsite drug test with HR. If you don't pass no job if you do pass you have the job. But the interview process is very easy that ask you a series of questions.
