    Interview

Phone call for Managing Partner and is they like you they will invite you in from this call.
Then you meet with the Managing Partner if they are interested they will have you come back on a different day to meet with the entire team (One on One)
The Team interview is to make sure you understand the role and what is expected. They will question your ability to be successful as a recruiter.
The team discuss your background and decides collectively if you are a fit although, even when others have disagreed the Managing Partner will have final say
One good thing, if you're fit but may be better suited on another team they will have you meet additional people.
It's a good place if you never recruited before since they have good training. If you recruited before it may be hard for you to work without boundaries. Candidates/Clients
I was with them for a couple of years and I found it to be a good opportunity but politics plays a strong role here. They dont reward top performers. Always starting a ground zero.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Lucas Group in September 2010.

    Interview

I applied to the open position through an online job posting and was contacted directly by the hiring manager. The first interview was a casual phone interview. He wanted to bring me in to speak with other members of his executive search team. I interviewed in person with a total of three people in the group--the hiring manager, as well as two senior executive search consultants. Questions were typical interview questions, testing my ability to handle pressure, how well I get along with different personalities, what I thought I would add to the team and what job responsibilities I thought I would have in the role, etc. The whole process was straight-forward and painless.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked typical questions. What is your greatest weakness? Tell me about a time you were in a conflict. How did you handle it?   Answer Question

    Negotiation

There isn't much room for negotiation. As the company says, you get compensated for how much work you put in. Your salary is up to you.
