    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at LumaSense Technologies (formerly Luxtron) in April 2015.

    Interview

It takes one month to get onsite. Ridiculously I was notified that there are one more onsite after just finishing one. That is a waster of time. I would never consider this kind of company.

BTW, the interviewer has no sense of time. They were late to show up in the meeting room.

    Reasons for Declining

Didn't meet needs; Sounded highly chaotic; Too many new people who either were clueless or seemed to think that the entire place needed change. People seemed stressed and not sure about management.
