I only made it to the code screening call. One hour call using coderpad.io. Everybody I talked to at Lyft was very nice and professional. The process seemed to move along smoothly. An HR person called to deliver the bad news directly. I guess that fits into the "nice people" theme, but I might have actually preferred an email.
