I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Oct 2018
Process took about a week began with me applying for multiple jobs with Lyft. I was able to locate contact info for a recruiter and followed up with her. She then reviewed my resume and suggested I apply for trust and safety specialist position. I applied and was invited to do a writing assessment. After the assessment was submitted I received an email asking if I would come in for a hiring event and onsite interview. The interview process was fun. There were several of us as a group. First was a presentation regarding the company. Then we all split up and interviewed with a couple current specialists individually for about ten minutes each. After that a senior associate comes in and has you do a role play excercise. After the role play they sent me home to await further communication. About 2 hours later I received an email requesting I come back the next day for the final interview and providing a writing prompt with several parts to be completed within 48 hours. The final interview was a panel with multiple team leads. This concluded the interview process. This took place on a Friday by the following Monday I had an offer.

At the start of the interview you are taken on a tour of the office and tjey explain to you what the job consists of. After, you are split up and go through 1 set of situational questions and then you go through a role playing scenario so they can see how you handle the situation. If you are called back for a second interview you are in a room with 3 other employees who ask you a series of "describe a time" type questions. The overall experiance was rather pleasant. I never felt uncomfortable or out of place.
- Describe a time you had to make a decision with little to no direction or clear guidelines.

The interview process was very thorough and to the point. I like the fact that I got to interview with more than one person all of which gave different insights on the position and the company as a whole.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2018
My hiring process was very thoroughly and well organized. The recruiter emailed me with an assessment to take which determined if I would be granted and interview. From receiving my invitation to interview to receiving an invitation for my second interview, I would say the process was faster than expected. My recruiter was with me every step of the way, making sure to provide an updates available. I interviewed with 5 amazing people who willingly shared their stories and how they started at Lyft. The people I interviewed with were transparent, warm, welcoming, and most importantly, passionate about their careers at Lyft.
- I was asked to describe exceptional customer service.

The interview process included an on-site interview with four team members from the Trust and Safety team. I was asked a series of questions by two of the team members and then did a phone scenario with the other two. I was then required to do a homework assessment. The final step included an on-site interview with three of the managers from the team.

I have interviewed with several tech companies in Nashville, but the interview with Lyft outshined the rest. Everyone was very personable! I was asked to come in for an interview and I met with 4 employees. I did a phone call scenario and was asked some questions on how I handle escalated situations. I heard back with in a few days and that I would be advancing to the 2nd interview. I was also, asked to complete a written scenario and email the response back to them. At the 2nd interview I met with 2 team leads who were so sweet and personable. I received the call 2 days later!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Lyft (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2018
Phone interview; onsite interview with 2-3 team members, including a role-play scenario; a written assessment followed by a final onsite interview with 3 Team Leads. Entire process was enjoyable. Interview questions sufficiently gauge qualifications/competencies. Written assessment challenges candidate to exercise problem-solving skills. Received offer approx 10 days from initial phone interview. Overall great experience!
