There is an interview between you and your manager. There will be 3 rounds HR round, Manger round then Client's round. You have to be very confident while in interview.

Interview
A few questions asked but they tend to hire anyone they think will click in their group whatever the qualifications/experience you have. Waited a few weeks and was offered the job, 3 weeks training on the system and then on to the phones.
