Was really nice. There was a lot of people who attended the event. Was a bit nerve racking, but it was very professional and the interview process went quicker than expected.

Thought it was a great interview, asked questions on how I fit the role, betting strategy, company culture. However, after being told I would receive a follow up in the next week and could send any questions to the hiring manager, I was ghosted for 3 weeks and had my messages ignored by the HR person Michael and hiring manager. Not a professional company.

Interview with 10+ staff or managers in a room, like a panel. More behavioral questions than technical. Ask basic or typical questions on experience. Not sure now if they still do it because this was years ago.

Interview was easily scheduled. Did not feel impersonal, however after 4 interviews I did not get the job. The final interview was with 2 executives that were from a different department though it seemed they had more pull in the decision then the Director
