I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at MRI Software (Cleveland, OH).

Interview

I was contacted via LinkedIn about this opportunity and I had a phone screening that very afternoon. I then took a two part assessment - one was cognitive focused and one was personality focused. It took about a half hour total. I was followed up with to schedule an on site interview the very next day. They even were available to have me come in for that interview within 48 hours of that initial contact, but I unfortunately wasn't able to work my schedule to that. However, I still interviewed within less than a week of that initial contact, and received an offer the very next day! The process was very efficient, smooth, and enjoyable to me as a candidate.
