MTM Interview Questions

Fair but lengthy interview process. Prior knowledge of the buisness recommended. However, H.R works well with you to achieve your best potential. I had a total of 4 interviews to obtain this position. The final interview was in person while a third person was on the phone listening in.

I thought the interview process was pretty tough. During the second interview it was a panel interview and they asked about 8-10 questions. 3 interviews all together 1st interview was with recruiter 2nd interview was a panel interview and we had to create a presentation and present it. 3rd interview was with the VP of training department

The woman that interviewed me was friendly and she showed me around the office. It took some time for the hiring process since the corporate office, which is located in another state, sent out an Offer letter.

Parking is abundant. Nice facility in the middle of Industrial Los Angeles. You arrive and they check you in. Interviewer comes out and takes you to a glassed door room. She essentially just says, I paraphrase, "You have to take a typing test", lays a laptop in front of you and leaves the room. Awkward. Basic cookie cutter questions. They require you to take a typing test in which you must score 35-40 WPM (that is pretty fast btw, for an entry level admin position). After that, you do the interview portion. Questions are fairly basic. Nothing crazy. I knew right then, I did not want to work here.

Very laid back interview process. Hiring manager was friendly and also diligent. Made me feel comfortable. The process what very professional and made me want to work for this company

did a work type test, talked for 5 min about how to deal with angry people. was hired on the spot, the company just straight up doesnt care and will hire anyone just to fill a spot because they get fined everyday because other agents cant understand to have low call time

Fairly quick and straight forward process. Applied on a Sunday, recruiter reached out via email Monday to set up a phone screen for the following day. Completed phone screen and scheduled onsite interview for Friday. Interview is initiated with a typing test. Interviewed by two individuals. Given tour. Offered position.

I applied and had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, I was selected to move forward for a panel interview where I had to create a presentation on a topic of their choice and present it. After the panel interview I was sent an assessment to take. After going through all of that I received a rejection, which is fine. Sometimes a job is just not the right fit. The negative part is that my rejection was a canned email from the site they use for their applications thanking me for applying and stating that after reviewing my application, they have decided to move forward with other candidates. I feel that if you move forward with an actual interview where you have to take the time to create a presentation, present to a group, and take an assessment test, you should at lease receive a personal email from the recruiter thanking you for taking the time to do these things and that they decided to move forward with other candidates. I did a lot more than just fill out an application. I spent a lot of time creating the presentation and the impersonal canned rejection leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
