No idea how they should do interviews... Simple questions, no brainer!!! Human Resources ask questions by the book, no really innovated.!!! When interviewing, she did not have my resume in front... i can tell that she did not know my background at all. Screening without knowing your background!!! Questions same as Prior reviewers, Why do you choose Macy's? etc? What lines of cosmetics do you like to work for? choose 2 or 3 and explain what you will like to for them. Simple questions, After interviewing, she told me the truth, which really appreciated.. I am too qualified for this position and salary won't match my expectations. ( so why you called for an interview??? then...odd!!! ) In conclusion, I was so happy that is over.... In first place, i did not want to be there!!! My husband convinced so I could be entertained for awhile . Since I am in process to look for a position in my field!! P.S: I really wanted to fail this interview when i was beginning the process... this is not for me!! but it can be for you.
