I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Macy's (Massapequa, NY) in Oct 2009
Interview
I went into the store to apply for the job. Got a call back to set up and interview and went in the next day. The lady that interviewed me (Human Resource Manager) was very nice and polite. We had a casual conversation at first and then she started the interviewing process. She asked me a few questions about certain situations and how I would handle them and that was about it. My advice to you will be to be as professional as possible. If you use proper english and dont sit in the chair like your at the movies or something then most likely you'll get the job. Good Luck!
