Interview

Easy interview, especially if you have any sort of customer service experience. Basic questions and was asked if my goal was to stay with the company after the season was over, I said no since I knew I would be moving to a different state at the end of the season.

    Interview

Super easy. They didn't ask me any questions at all because they already hired someone else 3 days ago for the job.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Macy's (Holyoke, MA) in November 2017.

    Interview

I initially applied online through a job search engine and after about a week passed I received an email that I had been selected to come in to the store for an interview. I had to schedule the interview online, which was very easy and simple to do. The woman who interviewed me was very friendly and inviting. She definitely wanted to ensure that I felt comfortable and attempt at minimizing any pressure I was feeling at the time. She asked me a series of straight-forward questions, leading to her hiring me on the spot. She left the room for a moment to see what part-time positions she had available and then came back to inform me that I would be working as a Seasonal Support Associate in the Women's Shoe Department.
