After sending in my resume, the sales manager got in touch with me via text. She invited me to a virtual interview (Zoom) and not only did our personalities immediately gel, but the position seemed to be precisely in my wheelhouse. She invited me to a second interview with the general manager, who was just as amiable and personable. We all got along well and there was a verbal impression that I was who they wanted for the position (I did too!). HR got ahold of me a few days later via phone to verify details and later that day I got the email, letting me know an offer was being extended. That was Friday and I received the actual letter after the weekend. While I feel the whole process was easy, I do feel that this was because of how well the role fit my qualifications... I understood what was needed and that helped to relate to my employers. I look forward to a wonderful and synchronistic position with them!
