Difficult Interview

Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Manpower (Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)) in December 2014.

Interview

They want to know what kind of person you are and what level of work will you be willing to contribute. The interview was rather informal and easy going which masked the difficulty of the questions. As a fresh grad they were more interested in how I would cope entering into an environment where my colleagues would be at least 3 years elder.

The hiring and inteview process was very simple and straightforward.
