I submitted my resume to a recruiter at a Career Fair on a college campus. I was called the same day to interview the next day. It was an in person interview. I did not receive an offer nor a decline. No further communication from company after interview.

How did you deal with someone who was not a team player?
All STAR based questions, in person screening after a college career fair. Asking mostly about experience and prior engineering work and position was more process oriented. Brief, maybe 30 minutes altogether.

Name a time when you had to take ownership of a project.
STAR questions easy apply, interview next day after applying at career fair the day before. Two recruiters in the room, no technical interview. On campus, i went in to interview and they had me go into the Harry Potter room. I loved the Harry Potter room.
