They interviewed roughly 20 applicants at once. We would be in the same room and rotate between the tables of interviewers. Then we took a tour of the building and learned more about the company.

Interview
The interview process was not very difficult. Marathon Petroleum was at my school's job fair. There was an on campus Interview followed by a zoom interview. Behavioral and some finance/accounting questions to determine I'd be a good fit.
