Application
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Marfeel (Barcelona (Spain)) in November 2018.
Interview
After a first telephone interview i was tasked with a coding challenge. It was hard for my level and out of my current scope (a data-visualization exercise) and i failed, but the hr person i was in contact sent me a very detailed feedback of my work from the company developers, highlighting both pros and cons and giving me suggestions. It was a constructive and positive experience for me and i think it's a strong sign of a great environment to work in.

Interview
3 interviews in total. On of the interviewer was quite aggressive and impolite. One of the reasons I declined the offer they would make me is because of this attitude. Not constructive, nor positive. Other people met along the recruitment process were nice and professional, thought. I was given a easy google analytics an excel tests

Reasons for Declining
Salary expectations did not match. Not much possibility of evolution.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marfeel (Barcelona (Spain)) in October 2016.
Interview
Got a call from the HR person and talked about 10 minutes. Then they sent a javascript test and after completing it we did a personal interview. No technical questions were involved, they just asked about general work experience and personal questions. The interviewer was quite rude when I told them my salary expectations. After that I got a generic email telling that even though I had exceptional background and experience I wasn't the right fit for the company at that time.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Marfeel (Barcelona (Spain)) in January 2016.
Interview
The HR manager called me, then proceeded to ask very personal questions such as my age, current salary and employer's information. Then I was given a coding test which I completed successfully. For the second interview for which i took an afternoon off, I was told the initial interviewer was not available and it turned out to be a carbon copy of the first one, where i was asked again about my current earnings, age and other personal questions. I was not asked any technical questions

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marfeel (Barcelona (Spain)) in December 2015.
Interview
The interview process took around 2 weeks. It did start with a phone interview. Then I was called to meet in person at the offices. After that, I was asked to perform a technical exercise at home. Some days after submitting the exercise, I got called to discuss face to face several aspects of my test. It was great to be able to explain my architectural decisions and also understand the reviewer's concerns. The overall experience was very positive.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marfeel (Barcelona (Spain)) in April 2019.
Interview
The company recruiter reached me on LinkedIn. After a short phone interview, they asked to code a test task. After that they refused to move further because I didn't implement what they expected. An important thing was, they had not mentioned most of the cons in task requirements. Provided the task required quite a long time (~1.5 days of pure coding), I doubt that I want to work in a company that want their candidates and employees be able to read minds. Although they were the initiators of the process, they refused to provide even salary range saying they would tell it later on.

Interview
Two words: Extremely Unprofessional. Applied for this role online. Got a call from a junior recruiter, which surprised me since this would be a senior position. She started firing all kinds of questions both relevant and irrelevant and it sounded like she was following some checklist or phone screening template. Didnt feel like a conversation.
Next step was an onsite interview with that same recruiter?! Didn't see the point in talking to her again and made me wonder if they would take my application serious? Felt more like a guinea pig who was used so an inexperienced recruiter could practice on.
In the meantime, I had been asking around speaking to ex-employees and their feedback was basically, don't do it. The company is a total mess and the management has no clue what they want and how to achieve it.
I pulled out the process.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Marfeel (Barcelona (Spain)) in March 2018.
Interview
The process lasted approx. 2 months and included 5 interviews, one of which was a technical test. Initially, they seemed very pleasant and feedback was prompt but towards the end it started to drag. The CEO was away travelling so there was alot of waiting around during the mid-final stages which I could have been more understanding about if they weren't so inflexible with me/expected immediate action on my side. Feedback was slow from them, they seemed very unorganised and they had very poor availability which meant that I had to compensate by moving personal plans around, which I did, only for them to cancel an interview with me at the last minute.
Nearly two weeks passed after the final interview and still no news so I assumed that I had been ruled out but they just hadn't had the courtesy to let me know. This was confirmed by a 3rd party (reliable source) and by HR later that same day who'd obviously heard that i'd been enquiring. I've heard some really positive things about Marfeel but my experience was really disappointing. My main takeway from the interview process with them is that they have you jumping through hoops but then they don't even lend candidates the minumum courtesy of informing them of their final decision unless prompted.
