interview process was really simple as I got interview invitation mail just after 2 days. 2 people took my interview and it last long for 15 min or so. I feel really comfortable while interviewing.They described me about the work situation where I have to work and what type of physical work I might need to do during my shift. and also they described the benefits working there.

I was contacted the next day after I applied and my first interview via skype was scheduled for the following week. Expected it to be an HR phone screen, but it was actually with someone from Product. The interview went well and, in his words, he though I "would be a great fit for Marley Spoon." A second interview was scheduled for the following week with 3 designers from the team, (a two-part call). These conversations were relatively casual, (all would have been junior to the position they were hiring for), and seemed to go well. It felt mostly like a culture fit interview or a way to learn a bit more about the company/role and less a really tough grilling. They said someone would follow up with me the following week and let me know the next steps, but I never heard anything back. I contacted them several times for an update, but never got any responses. Not very respectful to not send a reply after 2 interviews.

3 rounds of interview; 1 interview each in first 2 rounds and 3 in the last round; After all the rounds, received an email from the CFO to discuss the next steps.Replied to him the same day and got an email couple of days later rejecting my application. Unprofessional.

I was invited for a personal interview which ended taking place in a group form with 12 other candidates which meant that the interviewers didn’t get a chance to know each candidate well enough. The interview consisted of group work tasks and it felt more like a lecture with group assignments than an interview. I got a rejection email the next day.

but it was not with HR, directly with manager
it took around 30 minutes, went through your CV and asked you about your experience
better get full prepared, they are not just doing phone screening
