    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Marsh in July 2016.

    Interview

Well. The recruiter on the phone said I was a good fit for the position due to the fact that I was a licensed insurance agent so I went in for an interview and applied. Got the interview and the position was not very interesting at all. Sounded like a prison with computers.

Went through interview and recruiter nor company ever called back. No correspondence was given and was very unprofessional. Not very pleased with the interview as they are very low paying and asking questions that were irrelevant to the positions.

The people were awesome, they had me meet the team I would be working with, gave me a tour of the building and gave me a great understanding of what I would be doing during my time there.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Marsh (Chicago, IL) in March 2016.

    Interview

First round was held at my university's campus. Pretty standard 30 minute behavioral interview. Interview was friendly. Found out I had a 2nd round interview the next morning. 2nd round was a superday at the Marsh office, which consisted of 4 30 min interviews. It sounds intimidating, but all the interviewers were friendly and interesting. They would ask 2-3 canned questions and then open it up to more of a discussion The time flew by.
