It was a thorough yet fair interview process. There were 2 different interviews. One was at store level and the other was with the DM. The questions were reasonable for the position I was applying for.

Interview
There was a automated video interview, then there was a series of emails vetting my career aspirations, followed by an in person interview at one of their stores. After this it took about 2 days to hear back from the district manager with more info on salary and benefits. I didn’t like that some vital information or conditions about if I would be offered the position was withheld until after the (very nice) salary was offered though I think this was a unique situation. Overall the interview process itself was fairly average.
