Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Maxim Healthcare Services (Tustin, CA) in October 2008.

Interview

I applied and had a phone screening with an employee from their corporate office. From there, I interviewed with the Account Manager for the office I would be working in. I was then called back to meet with the Recruiters in the office. I then went in for a third interview where I was required to call Nurses and try to schedule them for interviews.

Interview Questions

  • I didn't expect to have to get on the phone and cold-call healthcare workers to get them to come in for interviews. I had plenty of experience cold-calling individuals with my previous recruiting work so it was not really an issue for me though.   Answer Question

Negotiation

There is no negotiating your salary. It is already pre-set and the Recruiter that did my pre-screening informed me to what the salary would be.
