Expect to be interrupted a lot in the case interview. The interviews are far more like cross-examinations than a taking turns approach (although the interviewers are really nice, for the most part). Also, the interviews you get may all have different styles, run the case differently, etc. Make sure when you practice case interviewing, you practice for all kinds of crazy situations (i.e. the interviewer has the case run only 15-20 minutes, or you do 1/2 fit, 1/2 case). Also be ready to explain or elaborate on ANYTHING covered in the resume. The interviewers will read them carefully.
