I applied online. I interviewed at Mckinsey Knowledge Center.

    Interview

The interview process lasted over three months. Began with a phone screen then a few phone interviews and I was then invited to the office for case interviews and an exam. After that I received a call from the director which I assumed would be to give me an offer but it was more case questions. The questions themselves weren't too hard but the process dragged on so long that it became exhausting.

    Interview

5 rounds approximately with different managers at the firm. All rounds are meant to test your problem solving aptitude and hence will be case study based. The good thing is that they are not as rigid as the case study approach used for consulting roles. You can be creative and give answers that are out of the box. They look for people who are team players and confident.
