MedStream Remote Medical Coder interview questions

Received an email asking if I’m still interested in the position. Then got another email to complete an interview questionnaire. The next business day I receive another email that I got the job. I found it weird that I am being offered a job when I have not spoken to anyone over the phone or video. I ask the representative if I may set up a phone call with him as I had a few questions and never heard from him again! I even sent a follow up email a few days later and still no response. Extremely unprofessional and seems like a scam.
