I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meditech
Interview
I was contacted after recruiters forwarded my information. The recruiter seemed doubtful about my interest in the company and switching industries despite already reviewing my resume. She told me she would move me on with writing sample and zoom presentation/interview but ghosted me along the process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Meditech (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2022
Interview
Let me just start off by saying this was one of the longest interviews I have ever had in my life . It was a total of 3 interviews, two writing samples, AND a presentation. I did all of this just to not get hired. And I had to constantly reach out to them to ask about the status of my application. I even had to get a college transcript which I thought was weird.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Meditech
Interview
Submitted my resume through an employee referral and received a call a few days after and conducted a basic and easy phone screening. I was asked to come in for a 1:1 interview with a recruiter around a week later. The 1:1 interview went very well through my eyes, with basic interview questions like, "What was a recent criticism from your current boss?", the interview atmosphere was professional but not intimidating at all. At the end of the interview I had to provide a writing sample about my "dream vacation" followed by a few math and logic questions. It took a week to hear back from the recruiter informing me they were going to go forward with other candidates.
