Anonymous Employee in New York, NY
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) in Sep 2023
There’s an initial 15 mins or so phone screening interview. Once you pass the screening interview, a virtual interview with a department looking to hire is scheduled. The initial phone interview person shared interview material specific to MSK and the types of questions they’d be asking to better prepare. During the virtual interview with the hiring staff, the staff made a big effort to make it seem personable and like a regular conversation.
- Can you recall a time you made a haste decision and regretted it?

Anonymous Employee in Manhasset, NY

Easy behavioral round then technical round. Lastly meet with managers from different teams for placement and stuff. Helps a lot to learn about the teams and work that they do.
- How have you been impactful?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center
The initial HR screening was informative and comfortable. The interview with the hiring manager was jarring. We did not speak for very long before I was informed I wasn't the right fit. While I appreciated not being strung along, it was unusual and made me feel like I had wasted everyone's time. I wish they just hadn't even interviewed me if my experience was not what they were looking for.
- Very little questions were asked. I explained my background and experience (pretty much what was on my resume) and then was very quickly told I wasn't right.
