    Recruiter recommendation. Two stage - interview with hr dazed on competency questions, then a selection interview with manager, then assessment centre usually with hiring manger, role play and presentation. Long process and usually I've whole day for al roles.

    After a month I received an email inviting me for a telephone interview. The telephone interview last for 30 minutes. I was asked eight questions. The person interviewing me was kind and polite.

    Was contacted through an agency about the role. I attended the recruitment day with a number of other candidates where we had to complete a number of team based exercises. This was followed by a brief practical assessment where they observed our titration and pipette skills to see how close to GMP they were. This was then followed by a brief 1 to 1 interview.

    Poorly thought out assessment centre. Used psychometric tools (DiSC) to determine decision which is proven to be inappropriate as it is an artificial environment. Business challenge where success was not factored in. Also failed to appreciate the positive impact on others of leadership behaviours exhibited
