The application process was a bit over the top taking quite a bit of time to answer all the questions. The questions you are asked during the interview correspond with how you answered your questions in the personality application. The questions after the personality ones were pretty standard asking if you are open to work closing or early morning shift (the store opens at 9am but you can be scheduled to be there as early as 5am).

Easy interview process, met with multiple people, was able to ask questions, got a tour of the store and explained what I would be doing if I got the job.

Interview
The interview was the easiest interview I’ve ever had! They asked me 3 questions. They were short staffed so I was hired on the spot. Interview took about 5 minutes.
Very casual one on one interview. Moved up within the company to the current position I am at now. It can be hard to get a management position without working there prior. From my experience the store manager is the one to conduct interviews.
