A manager called me from an unknown number and said they were interested in scheduling an interview. We agreed on a time/day and that was it. No further information until I got there, when I was told it would be a group interview. Just seemed a little unprofessional and as if we weren't worth their time. Also a little awkward sharing with everyone my unimpressive resume 💀

Tell me about a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer, and how you approached the situation
describe a challenging moment in your career and how you reacted to it. I said one time i had a conflict with someone and then we were able to resolve it.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
