First step of the interview was a screening process done over the phone by a HR representative. Next was a technical phone interview with the hiring managers. Some technical questions were asked involving some of the fundamentals of process control engineering. If I had advanced, there would have been an on-site interview.

2 rounds interview. First round was more casual. I felt relaxed talking with the 2 interviewers. However, the second round's interviewer was more serious and just ask me 3 to 4 basic questions.
