submitted online cv (standard questions like why do you want to work for microsoft)
took online non verbal reasoning tests (very easy make sure that you do every single one of the practise papers before you even consider starting.
had a phone interview the call quality was really bad and i couldnt understand the interviewer
Very much focused on group and social interactions, it lasted 1 full day through which we have underwent various exercises from pairing up with a partner and presenting ourselves for 5 minutes to rolling over pairs of managers, group exercises for product delivery and sales pitches as to why we would recommend a product to a several managers. Technical wise, very few questions were asked ( difference between TCP and UDP for example)

first HR interview about an hour, a lot of personal questions. the second interview with HR person +3 interviewers. The interview was as scheduled, they were nice and helpful. Returned with an answer quickly

Interview
There are five stages in total, including online application, aptitude test, 24-hour job hack, panel interviews, GM interview (the final round). It takes around 3 months for the whole process.
