It was ok, 3 rounds of general Project Manager questions and scenarios based question. A bit too much discussion regarding timelines and team management. Overall the process wasn't tough but it did take a while to finish the full panel.

Typical behavioral interview process. STAR format style interview questions. Why do you want to work at Microsoft, tell me about a time questions, greatest strengths, greatest weaknesses. Consisted of a recruiter screening, and three back to back interviews with senior and principal PMs.

It was a level II and it was a great chat with the interviewer. More questions about my past experience, how I handled new features, change of requirements and my thoughts about AI replacing or writing code.
